WITH TANDEM HIGH TENSILE U BOLT KIT
All Huntsman Products rocker roller springs are 7mm thick giving on average an extra 500kg pay load per set. All Huntsmans roller bushes are solid steel and not plastic. All shackle spring bolts (roller and eye) are high tensile and all greasable.

FULL ROCKER ROLLER SET WILL COME ASSEMBLED
On ordering all springs will come assembled to suit 14" wheels & tyres with an 800mm axle centre. If the requirement is for 15"/16" 1000mm centres then its simply swap the front and rear springs of the same side which opens up the axle centres from 800mm to 1000mm (options in main pictures)

It entails impacting a surface with shot with force sufficient to create plastic deformation. Shot peening is often called for in aircraft repairs to relieve tensile stresses built up in the grinding process and replace them with beneficial compressive stresses.
